Terms & Conditions
Please read this agreement carefully before engaging our services. By working with Web Dream Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.
This Terms and Conditions agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Web Dream Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual or organization (“Client”) who engages our services or accesses our website.
By requesting a quote, signing a project agreement, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with Web Dream Agency, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
Note: These terms apply to all projects, packages, and services offered by Web Dream Agency — including but not limited to website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing.
Web Dream Agency provides the following digital services tailored to client needs and goals:
- WordPress Website Design & Development (business, portfolio, e-commerce)
- UI/UX Design & Prototyping
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — on-page and off-page
- Website Speed Optimization & Performance Tuning
- Website Maintenance, Updates & Security Management
- Landing Page & Sales Funnel Development
- Domain, Hosting Setup & Technical Configuration
- Related Digital & Web Consulting Services
Each project is scoped individually. Services not mentioned in the signed project proposal or invoice are not included in the deliverables unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Work will only commence after the required advance payment is received and confirmed.

- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before any project work begins.
- The remaining 50% must be paid in full prior to the final delivery, launch, or handover of any files.
- Payments are accepted via bKash, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed methods.
- All prices are quoted in BDT/USD and are valid for the duration specified in the proposal.
- Prices may be revised for additional scope, features, or requests not included in the original agreement.
Refund Policy: Payments made are non-refundable once the project has commenced. If a client wishes to cancel mid-project, the advance payment will not be returned. Any completed work up to that point may be invoiced proportionally.
Project delivery timelines are estimated at the time of proposal and are subject to the agreed scope of work. We are committed to delivering projects within the discussed timeframe.
- Timelines are communicated clearly in the project proposal and begin from the date of advance payment receipt.
- Delays caused by late content submission, feedback, or unresponsiveness from the client’s side will directly extend the delivery date — no penalty shall apply to Web Dream Agency in such cases.
- If a client causes a delay of more than 14 consecutive days, the project may be paused and rescheduled based on availability.
- Force majeure events (illness, technical outages, natural disasters) may also affect timelines and will be communicated promptly.
Tip for faster delivery: Prepare all required content, images, logo files, and brand guidelines before the project kickoff for the smoothest experience.
A successful project is a collaboration. To ensure timely delivery and quality output, the client agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide all required content — text, images, logos, brand assets, and credentials — in a timely and organized manner.
- Designate a single point of contact for approvals and communication to avoid conflicting instructions.
- Respond to queries, feedback requests, and approval checkpoints within 48–72 business hours.
- Ensure that all materials provided (images, text, branding) are legally owned or licensed by the client. Web Dream Agency is not liable for copyright violations arising from client-supplied content.
- Review and approve deliverables at each milestone before proceeding to the next phase.
- Inform us immediately of any changes in project requirements, scope, or business direction.
We take pride in delivering quality work that meets your expectations. Our revision policy is designed to ensure satisfaction while keeping the project on track.
- Each project package includes up to 2–3 rounds of revisions as specified in the proposal.
- A “revision” is defined as minor changes to existing design or content (e.g., text edits, color tweaks, layout adjustments) — not a complete redesign.
- Revisions must be submitted as a consolidated list per round. Multiple small revision requests sent separately will be counted as separate rounds.
- Requests for additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at an hourly rate or a fixed fee, as mutually agreed.
- Major scope changes (new pages, new features, redesigning core layout) are not considered revisions and will be quoted separately.
Important: Revision rounds must be used within 30 days of delivery. Unused revisions do not carry forward to future projects.
Ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client only upon receipt of full and final payment.
- Upon 100% payment completion, the client receives full ownership of the website, including all design files, code, and content created for the project.
- Until full payment is received, Web Dream Agency retains all rights to the work in progress.
- Third-party assets (premium plugins, stock photos, paid themes) remain subject to their respective license agreements. Clients are responsible for maintaining licenses beyond any trial periods.
- Web Dream Agency reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
Note: Ownership does not include frameworks, tools, or software licensed under open-source agreements (e.g., WordPress core). These are governed by their own respective licenses.
Web Dream Agency provides a limited post-launch support window for all project packages to ensure smooth handover.
- A 7–14 day free support period is included after final delivery to address any bugs or issues directly caused by our work.
- This free support period does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party plugin conflicts, or hosting environment problems.
- Ongoing maintenance (updates, backups, security monitoring, content edits) requires a separate Monthly Maintenance Agreement.
- Website hosting, domain renewals, and premium plugin licenses are the client’s responsibility unless included in an active maintenance package.
- Emergency or out-of-scope support requests will be handled on a paid, priority basis at our standard hourly rate.
Web Dream Agency will always strive to deliver the highest quality of work. However, our liability is limited to the scope of services agreed upon.
- We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered website.
- We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, or services.
- Issues arising after the project is handed over and the free support period has expired are the client’s responsibility to manage or commission separately.
- In the unlikely event of a dispute, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
- We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes as a result of SEO or digital marketing services.
Reminder: It is strongly recommended that clients maintain regular backups of their website and data independently of any services we provide.
Web Dream Agency reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be reflected on our official website with an updated effective date.
- Continued engagement with our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
